Return to the Roots of Yoga & Awaken the Wisdom Within

Whether you are a yoga teacher wishing to deepen your professional skills or someone seeking to enrich your own healing journey and personal yoga practice, this Training offers a profound path of transformation. Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences, woven together to support the evolution of body, mind, and consciousness. Together they provide a timeless pathway to vibrant health, inner balance, and spiritual awakening.

For Yoga Teachers

Expand your teaching beyond a one-size-fits-all approach by learning how to adapt yoga to the unique constitution and needs of each individual.

Traditionally, yoga was taught one-to-one, with practices designed specifically for the student. Through the wisdom of Ayurveda, you will rediscover this authentic approach while also developing the ability to skillfully guide groups by recognizing their collective energetic needs.

You will learn to:

  • Design personalized yoga practices based on Ayurvedic principles.

  • Understand each student’s constitutional nature and current state of balance.

  • Read the energetic qualities within a group.

  • Select postures, breathing practices, meditation, and mantra that restore harmony.

  • Guide students toward greater vitality, resilience, and wellbeing.

For Your Personal Journey

You do not need to be a yoga teacher to benefit from this training.

If you are drawn to living with greater awareness, vitality, and inner peace, this course will give you practical, life-changing tools to support your own wellbeing and deepen your yoga practice.

As you discover your unique constitution and learn how the principles of Ayurveda influence every aspect of life, you’ll begin to understand why you think, feel, move, and respond in certain ways. With this understanding comes the ability to make choices that naturally restore balance and awaken your body’s innate intelligence to heal.

Your yoga practice will become more personal, intuitive, and effective as you learn which practices best support you through different stages of life and changing circumstances.

This is timeless wisdom that never loses its relevance. It is a lifelong companion for self-discovery, healing, and spiritual growth, helping you cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and with Universal Consciousness.

What You Will Explore

  • The Five Elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—and how they express themselves physically, emotionally, mentally, and energetically.

  • The Three Doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha:

    • Their qualities and characteristics.

  • What creates balance and what causes imbalance.

  • The Three Gunas—Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas:

  • Understanding the qualities of consciousness.

  • Learning to recognize and harmonize them in daily life.

  • Lifestyle recommendations for each constitutional type.

  • Creating a balanced daily rhythm (Dinacharya).

  • Ayurvedic principles for designing and adapting yoga practices.

  • Meditation.

  • Pranayama (breathing practices).

  • Healing mantra practices.

  • Conscious nutrition and eating habits.

  • Healthy activity and work habits that support long-term balance and vitality.

Whether your intention is to become a more intuitive and effective yoga teacher or to experience greater health, self-awareness, and spiritual growth in your own life, this training offers practical wisdom that you will continue to draw upon for years to come.
