I would like to tell you a little bit about one of the tracks, Radha's Grace. About four years ago I was travelling in India  by rickshaw to Radha Kunda a sacred bathing water made  by Krishna for Radha. It is probably my favourite place in the world. The energy is simply all expressions  of love and bliss, its so wonderful.

On the way there the Rickshaw driver ,knowing I was a devotee of Sri Radharani began playing a compilation of Radha songs (bhajans) on his sound system. A tune came on that just took me over and I held my phone up to his speaker recording it on my phone. If you have ever been in a rickshaw in India you will know  the quality of the recording was terrible, the rickshaw and the street noise over powered the song.

I knew i wanted to sing the song and to record it so I travelled around Vrindavan for 4 years playing this terrible recording for people :)  They all basically said the same thing. Madame we cannot hear this, we don't know what the song it but its a local singer, who they didn't know the name.It was super frustrating and disappointing, and when I left Vrindavan again,  with out the  song one more time, I remember saying in my prayers Radharani ji why don't you want me to sing your song, I don't understand, I love you so much.

When I arrived in Toronto I contacted one of the the Swamini's of a local temples affiliated with a temple in Vrindavan because my last lead in V said why don't I ask at that temple. One of my bestie's Andrea Olivera  also spoke to one of her clients from the temple and between the two of us the song was found !!!  It turns  out that it was one of their Guru's songs. They not only knew the song but would teach me it and offer a gathering based on understanding the song for me.

I was so elated, Radha's Grace had arrived and not only was the song found  but I was being taught it directly from the source. So this song means so much to me and it is the first time I have sung in Hindi, which I know isn't perfect, the language, like all spoken dialects, has many  idiosyncrasies, I had to make some choices and do my best.
